  • Q: Is it safe?
    Yes! All treatments are non-invasive and completely safe when done by a trained professional.

    Q: Does it hurt?
    Not at all. Most people say it feels warm and relaxing — you might feel a bit of heat or light suction, but nothing painful.

    Q: How many sessions do I need?
    It depends on your goals, but most people see the best results after 4–6 sessions. We’ll chat with you and create a plan that suits your body.

    Q: Is there any downtime?
    Nope! You can go straight back to your day — work, errands, or a cute brunch date.

    Q: When will I see results?
    Some people notice changes after their first session, but results usually build over a few treatments. Staying consistent (and hydrated!) helps a lot.

    Q: Who can’t get body contouring?
    We don’t recommend treatments if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding, on your period, feeling unwell, or taking certain medications. If you're unsure, send us a message before booking 🤍

    Q: What areas can you treat?
    Tummy, chin, arms, thighs, bum, boob lift, hip dips, bra bubble; check our full service list for all the options & to make a booking.

  • You cannot have our body contouring treatments if you are:
    - Pregnant
    - Breast feeding
    - During your time of the month
    - Unwell
    - Taking medication

    A consult will be required before your booking
